Lead Exclusivity

We guarantee that each lead is delivered to only one contractor in a given service area. Leads are exclusive and will not be resold or shared with competitors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• No setup fees or hidden charges
• Monthly billing for delivered leads
• No long-term contracts required

Lead Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If you receive a lead that does not meet our qualification standards, please contact us within 48 hours for review and potential credit.

Service Modifications

You may adjust your lead volume, service area, or pause services at any time with 7 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Use leads for purposes other than your contracting business
• Attempt to reverse engineer our lead generation methods
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of GrowthPartners.

Limitation of Liability

GrowthPartners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding month.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GrowthPartners harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will be billed for any leads delivered up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
